Netmetering Under Attack [RE-wrenches]

SDG&E has filed an advice letter with the CPUC (AL1459-E) in which they 
propose exit fees on net metered systems. CALSEIA has filed a protest and I 
invite other organizations to do so. IPP is supporting  the CALSEIA filing. 
The process is very fast moving with time measured in days. Ed O'neil, the 
attorney, has presented a very good case- the details  I would share off list 
with anyone wishing to file a protest with the CPUC. You do not have to be an 
organization to protest. Indidviduals, companies can file. You can contact 
the CPUC public advisor for filing details.
