SDG&E has filed an advice letter with the CPUC (AL1459-E) in which they
propose exit fees on net metered systems. CALSEIA has filed a protest and I
invite other organizations to do so. IPP is supporting the CALSEIA filing.
The process is very fast moving with time measured in days. Ed O'neil, the
attorney, has presented a very good case- the details I would share off list
with anyone wishing to file a protest with the CPUC. You do not have to be an
organization to protest. Indidviduals, companies can file. You can contact
the CPUC public advisor for filing details.
