Mo and Matt,

The latest word I heard was that the revision would not make the January
business meeting but would make the early February meeting. That is where
the early February timeframe came from. That cannot official act until the
business meeting, but they can start immediately after the business meeting.

Agree w/ Matt.  Further, my understanding is that the guidelines for the
renewables buy-down program will be submitted for approval at the January
CEC business meeting (which I believe is in the 3rd week?).  Therefore, they
should be open for business shortly thereafter.
