Whisper Improvements [RE-wrenches]

Now that the subject of Whisper has come up....

I have sent them 3 mails looking for prices and availability on repair parts
for a 1500 HVLV that is down after a repair. It was actually up for only 5
months before I found that the factory had not replaced the furl bushing and
bolt. Like the idiot that I sometimes am, I did not check it when I
reassembled the unit in June when I got it back up in the air.

I mailed them on 10-28-02, 11-04-02, 11-30-02, and there was a reply on
11-15-02 to the training invitation that John Supp (sp)? sent out commenting
on not getting an answer on the requests.

 A total of 4 requests with no response.

Just had to put this out there,

 The furling pin has been improved greatly since that
installation, though it still appears to be a wear
point.I have two units running locally with no
problems.
