I do have the option of putting an individual wrench member on "moderator approval status" wherein I have to review and approve a post before it shows up on the list. It is a tool that many list moderators use to help their members stay on topic.

I'd hate to have to resort to that because it can cause delays if I am not around my computer for a day or two, and because I don't like the idea of appearing to parent some members that just don't "get it." But there are times when I consider it and have come close to using it.
