MC PV closure [RE-wrenches]

Graham and all,

Does the enclosure need to be UL listed?  Do alternative methods (tape,
heatshrink, etc) of securing MC connectors need to be listed?

I need to post a follow up.

1. The Multi Contact shell clamp closures are not UL listed.  (I plan on
using them)

2.  The number to call for samples and ordering is Kensington
Electronics 800-325-0524, ask for the inside sales desk.

Apparently Steve at MC was swamped with phone calls for free samples
today, I typically purchase my connectors in lots of 500 to get them
direct.



I am wondering if anyone has used the new SMA PV Service Suitcase with
metering that is connected via MC plug connectors?  I am thinking about
ordering one.
