Solar Subsidies [RE-wrenches]

Hey gang. A discussion of solar subsidies is too far afield for this list. While it is interesting stuff, it is important to keep this list closer to the nuts and bolts so that we don't turn off parts of the group or clog their In Boxes with what amounts to political opinion.

This is the third or fourth time this discussion has come up, and each time I get complaints. Please move it to the RE-Markets or RE-Bitching discussion list.
