Module grounding revisited [RE-wrenches]

No need to apologize William as you wasted no one's time.  Kudos for
sticking your neck out.  It's by asking "why" is what helps those who don't
know, understand and become better installers.  Which is why, I think, we
all are on this list.  I had forgotten why we grounded every module my self
and it's good to be reminded "why".
