    As far your question, "Is the 15 percent solar tax credit in California
available to businesses?  Or is it only available to individuals?"
    The answer is yes, more or less.  Details can be found at the CEC
website, www.consumerenergycenter.org/renewable/tax_credit.html.  The forms
can be downloaded there.
