CA. solar tax credit [RE-wrenches]

Tax credit is only available to businesses or individuals not working in the power/utility NAICS Sector 22, which includes those in the solar industry.  Kinda sucks.  

Businesses use the same form (3508) to show amount of pass through credit for shareholders, etc, in conjunction with other forms...
