Michael,

That is correct. There is some confusion about the muni pot. Apparently the
muni pot has barely been touched ($7.5M), the main pot is down to $3M+.

Tor's blurb on the www.californiasolarcenter.org site is very upbeat. Seems
to think getting out of the Utilities subcommittee with a unanimous vote was
a major victory. There definitely was a concern that it would die in that
committee.
