Warranty transfer [RE-wrenches]

Warranties are a risk, but a good wrench has few call-backs. Right? Here
are some marketing tips.

1) I know you already get testimonials and referrals from happy customers.
Right?

2) Get thank you letters from customers whose systems you've fixed because
"the other guy" did a lousy job. Ask for a letter like this: Thank you
very much for fixing our solar power system. We are so happy with it now.
We don't know what the other company did, but you explained everything
clearly and now our solar electric system works great. We would have saved
a lot of time and money if we had come to you first. You have our sincere
thanks and our highest recommendation.

3) Get thank you letters from do-it-yourselfers who you have helped get
their systems up and running.

4) Only buy from suppliers who pay their fair share of the call-back costs
when things go wrong.
