CA Amigos,
Ya know, even with all the LADWP BS, you SoCal guys really have it 
far better than you may think. Up here in northernmost CA, we are fed 
by Pacificorp or Pacific Pirates as I prefer to call them. No TOU and 
NO CEC rebates. In fact, my friend Todd Cory had to file a formal 
complaint with the CPUC to make them stop charging intertie folks 
$500.00 for a bidirectional meter.
See, now don't y'all feel better?
