Moonlight seems very bright, but that's because we see
it at night. Actually the moon is about as reflective
as asphault. (Approximately 7% reflectance)  On a
clean night with the full moon riding high the earth
and solar arrays are illuminated at a level of .02
foot candles.  During the day the high noon time sun
illuminates the same surfaces to as high as 10,000
foot candles.  So, though the full moon is bright
enough to allow you to read a news paper out doors at
night it won't do anything for a solar array output.
