Jeff,

I agree with you as to site specific findings, even within California, with
MPPT CC's.Here in Truckee California, with some of the coldest average
spring, summer, & fall temperatures in the nation MPPT is the only way to
go.

I have installed dozens on systems & my customers are really happy with the
gained performance. Typically the RV SB50's (replacing C-40's).

There is more to California than the valley & Bay Area & Southern end.
