Net metering law. [RE-wrenches]

Frank and Joel,

The net metering law is found in the public utility code 2827 and it states
that no additional insurance is required if all code issues are followed.
You can go to the public utility code to find the reference. If you need the
link I can find it.

The law does not explicitly state no insurance, but is very specific about
what
utilties are permitted do and the CEC and CPUC has ruled against insurance
requirements in every case.
