IEEE 929 Voting Committee [RE-wrenches]

For those interested:

Here is the voting committee for IEEE 929. My colleague (and boss, but I use
the term lightly--doesn't he know it) Chuck Whitaker sent this to me. I
actually changed my affiliation from the North Carolina Solar Center to
Endecon while the document was being developed so our voting was done under
his name.
