Mindblowing Manufacturer Support [RE-wrenches]

Whoops... correction... our utility rate is .065/ kWh. I bet that some
of the cheapest in the nation... 80% "clean" coal power I understand. I
wish it cost 65 cents per kWH!

Just to set the record straight, not everywhere in California gets buy
downs. Up
here in Northern California, Pacific Power & Light provides no such
thing and
with the .65/ kWh rates RE grid ties are few and far between... there
are lots
of off grid homes in this rural area though.
