Net Metering Contract [RE-wrenches]

Hi all.
We in Vermont may see some changes, due to our Senator James Jeffords
request of 20% renewable energy by 2020. Coincidentally, the power company
manual updates were circulated a short time later with net metering
arrangements addressed
