Tracker efficiencies - generalized [RE-wrenches]

I still like Array Technology's trackers, but have decided that from now on I
will run that extra wire from the batteries and run the tracker battery direct.
Returning to East just after sundown is preferred to the sometimes problematic
array direct, morning return method.
