You can assemble the tracker in about an hour or less, once it is out of the
box. Mounting it will depend on how many people you have to help you and how
tall the pole is off the ground. Panels are very easy to mount once
everything is in place, you may need to stand on the back of a truck.

Subject: Zoneworks ZW-TRF120 [RE-wrenches]

Greetings Wrenches,

Has anyone had experience installing the Zoneworks TRF-series trackers? The
P.R. says that they assemble in about half the time as their original
trackers. My question is: How long is that? I'm new to the tracker
install/assembly/mounting world. Can anyone give me their experience on how
many hours I should allow for assembling and mounting the tracker on a 6"
galvanized pipe? The TRF120 is reputed to support ten BP MSX-120 panels.
Is there a tracker that holds a larger quantity that I am not aware of. I
originally wanted to go with the ZW-TRF168 (holds 14 MSX-120's) but
Zoneworks said it was too big (read: unstable?) and they removed it from the
market. I plan to use 12'-0" lengths, mounted 8'-0" above ground with 4'-0"
underground in concrete. Any advice, warnings, experience would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
