Wing genny noise levels [RE-wrenches]

Hi Paul,

The African Windpower 3.6 meter machine meets that description. I've 
been running one here for two years, and it's simple, reliable, and 
very quiet. Heavy machine, and not slick.

Contact Robert Preus <rwpreus at yahoo.com> of Abundant Renewable Energy 
in Oregon for details. He's the North American importer.

The only other machines that I know of that fit the "reliable and 
very quiet" test are rebuilt Jacobs (also available from Robert) and 
the Proven from Scotland. I have no firsthand experience of the noise 
level in significant winds, but reports say it's pretty quiet.
