I say "Yes", sign 'im up.  From the little bio I read he sounds 
devoted to the work, not the company and has valuable experience to 
share.  Maybe Real Goods will even be the better for it by having 
someone with a more informed, balanced input on their staff.  I say 
Welcome to Doug.

As far as limiting "company wo(men)" in general.  I really don't see 
a great need for it as long as we stipulate that they not promote 
their company or company's products on the list.
