SW Inverters - more info [RE-wrenches]

I have a grid tie grid backup system in the hopper for this summer and would
like to know what the SW scoop is, or if it is time to learn another
manufacturers products. I want something in the 4 kW range, grid tie and
battery back up. Sounds like the SW will have to go through a serious
remanufacturing modification (and increased cost) for compliance.
