Joel,

I think the message was crystal clear. My concern is that they will throw
the baby out with the bathwater. Recommending and supporting certification
is an appropriate role for the CEC--as is training. Removing any reference
to it is swinging to far in the wrong direction.

The CEC issue will be resolved when the Commission removes NABCEP from the
handbook.
