- The incentive would be $4 per watt (primary rebate) for photovoltaic, solar
thermal and fuel cell systems less than 30 kilowatts (kW) that are
professionally installed.
- Small systems (less than 30 kW) that have special circumstances, such as
being owner or self-installed, incentives of $1.00 less than the above
amounts for photovoltaic, solar thermal, and fuel cell systems, and $0.50
cents less for small wind systems (secondary rebates).
