An actual Dear John letter! Since your news wasn't actually bad enough to
qualify as a real Dear John, in case you haven't heard the news, Dub'ya sent
a bill to congress today "relaxing" federal clean air standards on the
East's dirtiest coal-fired power plants. And you thought 400 kWhrs might
make a difference! Probably 6 more years of other wonderful environmental
management ahead! Wow!
