BP Solar Closes Thin Film Operations [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

For those of you that may not have heard, BP Solar announced today that all
thin film manufacturing operations are shut down. This includes both the
Millennia product line in Virginia and the CdTe Apollo line in California.

This does not bode well for the near future of thin films. Hopefully
progress can continue to make these technologies more viable in the future.
