Solar Subsidies [RE-wrenches]

I don't think adding ANY subsidies to solar is beneficial. I really 
fear the influx of "get rich quick"operations setting the industry 
back. No certification or licensing will prevent that.

I think we need a level playing field. That is, EXPOSE and REMOVE 
subsidies to the current petroleum and grid electric systems.
