Monitoring PV for public education [RE-wrenches]

Fellow Wrenches,

I am bidding on a six kW grid tie system with Sunny Boy inverters for a
city in the L.A. area.  The city wants easy to understand graphics and
interfaces to allow for monitoring system performance on the internet.
This information will be made available for the public and more
importantly school kids.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
