 I accidentally plugged the panel into a 110V line. All I'm getting now is
5.56 V (direct from the panel). I don't see any damage. The diodes also look
OK. Do you have any suggestions?


Yes,  rotate the 110 volt plug 180 degrees in the wall outlet. I think you
had it sucking and not pressurizing the module.  This setup also allows you
to avoid installing a charge controller or inverter.
