Sometimes the best solution when all else fails is to kill the damned
things. I have a hedgehog eating the inside insulation of my shop, rubber
insulation, and other goodies and I can't find him doing it to give him a
.30 worth of lesson in manners......

Moth balls, flakes, etc. contain naphthalene, a poison that can produce a
wide range of serious problems. Even death.

'round and 'round with the little devils trying to keep them out of my
motorcycle trunk and some electronics and yes I have a great hunter for a
cat. The final solution - moth balls! Never a problem since the introduction
and they are cheap, last almost a year and keep 'em away w/o killing (well,
the cat'll get 'em!) They seem to work on a host of insects (even wasps) and
critters.
