Warranty transfer [RE-wrenches]

The CEC rule book states "The system must come with a minimum of a full
five-year warranty against breakdown or unusual degradation for the purchaser,
or a limited five-year warranty if owner installed."

The CEC Sample Full Warranty dated March 21, 2002 states "This warranty extends
to the original purchaser and to any subsequent purchasers or owners at the
same location during the warranty period."

I would welcome the new homeowner to the neighborhood and tell them to call me
if they ever have any problems or any questions.
