I too was in the camp who failed to initially respond.

We are in the process of closing our first fiscal year
representing 10 months of operation. During that time
we were exclusively PV, had 3 FT, and 5 PT employees
(counting the principals). Looks like we will record
a little over $200K in gross sales -- all grid-tie PV.

Projections for this first quarter look like we will
exceed $250K in PV sales, installation, and
installation for other sellers of PV. Commercial
represents the single largest growth component with
government leading that list. Surprisingly (we are in
north San Diego county), off-grid is beginning to look
like a strong growth segment for us as well. 2nd
quarter pipeline looks even stronger if a couple of
the commercial jobs we are pursuing close (both
non-government).

In addition to PV sales and wrenching, I am engaged in
PV education -- teaching basic grid-tie classes at a
local college and through San Diego County Parks and
Rec.

We are looking at adding solar DHW and pool heating to
our offerings to strengthen and build a consistent
revenue stream. We are also able to sell and service
Capstone microturbines and have not yet sold any, but
have a number of opportunities in the pipeline. We
have both a C-10 and a C-46.

PV is my first "love" and will endeavor to focus on it
if the market can sustain us.
