Inverters islanding in L.A. [RE-wrenches]

3 questions:
1) How many inverters have islanded?
2) Who installed the inverters that island?
3) Did the inverters continue to output VAC to the utility grid when the grid
was down and the bi-directional circuit breaker or AC disconnect was turned on?
4) If not, under what conditions did the inverters island?
