UL Listing versus CSA listing status (was on grid battery...) [RE-wrenches]

Yes, CSA is a Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRTL) just like UL or
ETL.
Ultimately each inspector may choose to accept Listing by the NRTL or
not.
In my experience, UL is the most widely recognized mark, followed by
ETL, and then CSA and others.   
This is why we use UL even though they are tougher and more expensive
than the others.
