utility obfuscation and obstruction [RE-wrenches]

Jay,

It's perfectly obvious, PG&E doesn't want to lose any of those high value 
elctrons that you make for them! Thinking like a California utility, they 
probably figure that during a peak demand day you would shut off your PV 
system in order to drive the price of power up, and then reconnect.
