Wind genny noise levels [RE-wrenches]

Hi Ian,

I have been working directly with Proven in Scotland. I don't know if that
qualifies me to be the distributor for North America though. I have bids out
on half a dozen Proven's at this time, mainly with the WT2500 & WT6000s.
Most folks really like the idea of an extremely quiet and rugged turbine,
but sit down at the system pricing, so I fall back on the H175 for them.
