Repair of broken PV modules [RE-wrenches]

There are literally thousands of modules all though out tornado alley in use
by oil and natural gas pipeline companies.  Hail is a common occurrence but
hail damage is very uncommon.  My guess is the replacement rate is about one
per thousand per year.  Most weather damage seems to come from flying debris
during high wind events.  I had a utility customer armor his panels mounted
high on transmission towers with sheet steel and Kevlar because hunters kept
shooting them.  The panels powered remotely operated sectional switches.  As
you can tell from this story, here in the south, solar attracts idiots with
guns as well as it attracts space gravel.
