12V compact fluorescent bulbs [RE-wrenches]

Looking for advice on 12V compact fluorescent bulbs . . .

Does anyone recognize the brand name Unicoba, made in China?
The price is very good, but if they are junk, maybe not a good deal.

I need a quality bulb, higher wattage than 11W if possible.
Case quantities.
