Who repairs heliotrope CC's? [RE-wrenches]

I have a Heliotrope CC-20 charge controller out of a customers travel
trailer. It is not passing current. Since the wall has a hole designed
to accommodate this charge controller which also incorporates a SOC
(voltage) meter it would be nice to fix this. The system has one 55 watt
Arco panel, so any simple CC would work.

Does anyone know who might repair these or if it might just be better to
replace it with something else?
