Qwirk Lite 2kw wind turbine- [RE-wrenches]

[John Blittersdorf, Cent. VT Solar & Wind]

I am looking for any experiences with this turbine model.  Especially noise 
level and blade durability.  I think the machine that my client has is a 1974 
model and we are trying to determine if there is any reason to install or not 
to install this unit.  Any thoughts would be appreciated
