desperately seeking CA. tax credit info [RE-wrenches]

I was unsuccessful in trying to find on-line a CA. state tax credit form for the 15% solar tax credit.  Can anyone tell me where to find it?  (Yes, yes, I know this assumes that the tax credit isn't suspended. I guess we'll likely know by the end of weekend.)
