CEC and E-net forms [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

I have been experimenting with forms and programs to automate the filling
out of forms.  I have posted three executable files on my website that
contain the following forms:

1. E-net application
2. E-net agreement
3. CEC Buy-down reservation.

I think you might find them very useful.  There is no software to purchase.
 The forms can be navigated with the tab key, have drop down selection
boxes and automatically calculate your buy-down. You do need to know the
STC ratings for your modules and inverter and module efficiency values.

Please try these if you think they will be of use and please let me know if
you like them or find flaws.
