Dunasolar and wiring [RE-wrenches]

I have a customer who purchased 22 Hungarian Dunasolar amorphous panels.
Any experience pro or con on this panel?

Also I am open to any suggestions on the best way to wire these.
They have only two RHW "pig tails" out the back so we cannot conduit and
they are ground mounted on open racks.
Looking to connect to GC 1000 (low voltage model since Voc is 62).
Expect 22 panel total with 2 or 3 parallel strings. Fusing and
interconnect that will satisfy the inspector and keep cost down? Any
comments and suggestions ?
