Incorrect Outback Parts [RE-wrenches]

We are a wholesaler of circuit breakers to the renewable power industry. 
We started with the introduction of the Heinemann GJ1-250 about eleven 
years ago and now sell 33 different breakers.

A customer ordered five breakers from us for testing purposes. These 
breakers arrived in their receiving;   got miss sorted, and mistakenly 
wound up getting sold. 

These three pole breakers are easy for an installer to recognize. They 
have no label on the front of them, the back and sides are similar but 
the lack of a front label is clear.
