generator [RE-wrenches]

Greetings all,

I've got a system with a Honda 5KW and the SW says it is over/under
frequency.  I don't know if this is easily field adjustable.  Someone
had posted a web site discussion group on generators and I apparently
forgot to bookmark it.  Anyone remember the site or can tell me more
prior to my driving 100 miles to check the Honda manual?
