Battery comparison [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,
Is there a rule-of-thumb comparison number you use to compare an equivalent
capacity of high-quality Concorde sealed batteries versus industrial flooded
2V cells in a home power application? I am looking for comparative $/cycle
info, and real-world experience comparing number of useful charge/discharge
cycles, in order to better answer our clients' questions.
