Xantrex SW Series - Update [RE-wrenches]

Don and other IPP members,

Are building inspectors, utility engineers, the CEC and other rebate
providers and most importantly the customers satisfied that Xantrex says
"no safety concern exists" and "no material safety hazard exists?" This
week, customers who bought Xantrex PV and ST and off-grid SW inverters
called to ask if the UL alert will affect them. A shadow hangs over all
Xantrex products because of the UL alert. I like Xantrex products and want
the company to succeed, but my first concern is for the customer. Xantrex
needs to get UL to retract the alert quickly to restore customer
confidence.

"Our most important strategy is simply making the customer king. The
customer must be our consuming and unrelenting focus - the first priority
of every function, organization and person in the company. Customers are
the ultimate measure of our quality; they drive our investment; they
determine our resource allocation; they define our products; and of,
course, they are the difference between success and failure." - C. Michael
Armstrong, former Hughes Aircraft CEO.
