Hi Jeffrey,

Yes I agree with Peter.  The issue with them is to charge them high enough.
They should get to around 16.7-17v per cell to get fully charged.

I'm not sure about the memory issue however to fully charge them they really
need to go that high.  So the only choice is to go with 24v or better 48v
system so you can  reduce the number of cells, to keep the voltage within the
parameters of the inverter/controller, but high enough so the cells do  well.
