LED volt meter [RE-wrenches]

Hello Todd

Home Power #10 pages 26-28 contains a super simple LED battery 
voltage meter. It has an expanded scale, and you can easily calibrate 
it to be very accurate. Parts cost is well under $10 and construction 
time less than 15 minutes. In my opinion, this circuit outperforms 
commercial units cost five times as much.
